The follow-up you’d otherwise forget.

From the appointment on your calendar to the recipe you cook to the bill you submit for reimbursement — Finn keeps the loose threads of staying healthy in one place, and turns each one into a note you can actually use.

Step 1 · Appointments

The visit, dated and ready.

Ask Finn to make a note for an upcoming appointment. It reads the event off your calendar — the doctor, the clinic, the time — and writes it into a note tagged with a key date.

Because the note carries a date, Finn Actions surfaces it a few days out — with whatever you jotted to bring or ask about.

Step 2 · Eating well

A recipe that becomes a shopping list.

Ask for a healthy dinner and Finn suggests something that fits, then turns the ingredients into a real checklist in the note — ready to tick off at the store.

No copying ingredients into a separate list app. The recipe and the shopping list live in the same note, and the list checks off as you shop.

Step 3 · What it costs

From a question to a reimbursement.

Ask what you spent on medical last month and Finn totals it from your accounts — copays, pharmacy, dental. Then ask it to save those as a note, and you get an itemized list ready to submit for FSA reimbursement.

The tedious part — finding every eligible charge and writing it down — is the part Finn does for you.

How much did I spend on medical last month?

You spent $307 on medical in May.
  • Doctor copays — $40
  • Lab work — $85

All four look FSA-eligible.

A NOTE ON PRIVACY

Health notes are personal, so Finn treats them the way it treats everything else: your notebook is locked behind Face ID, email access is read-only and approved message-by-message, and nothing you write is ever sold. See how we handle security →
