HomeProduct · Finn Actions

It pays attention so you don’t have to.

Tap the binoculars and Finn scans your notes, calendar, inbox, and accounts in one pass — then hands back only what’s actually urgent. No inbox to manage, no widgets to arrange. Just what needs you, when it needs you.

What it is

One tap. The whole picture.

Finn Actions is a read-only scan that runs across everything you’ve connected. It collapses a week of small obligations into a short, ranked list — the bill due tomorrow, the appointment you forgot, the package arriving Thursday.

It leads with what matters most and stays quiet about the rest. When nothing is pressing, it simply tells you you’re all clear.

6 things need you×
  • By today: order flowers for Maya’s Aug 15 birthday; dinner is booked at Augusta.
  • Aug 18 at 9:30 AM: dental cleaning is coming up.
  • Aug 19: follow up with Northshore Health about the cholesterol panel.
  • Citi Premier payment is due Aug 24, 2026.
  • VOO crossed $480 — the price alert in your notes fired.
  • No suspicious transactions stood out in the last 7 days.
What Finn watches

Five things, every scan.

NOTES
Time-sensitive notes

Deadlines, planned tasks, and notes tagged with a key date that are coming due within the next few days.

MONITORS
Embedded alerts

Instructions you left inside a note — “remind me when VOO hits $480,” “check if the bill is due” — get checked with live data and reported back.

CALENDAR
Actionable events

Birthdays, travel, reservations, and appointments that need prep. Routine blocks and generic meetings are skipped.

EMAIL
Important mail

Bills, deadlines, deliveries, and confirmations — surfaced from subject lines, with honest uncertainty when that’s all it has.

ACCOUNTS
Transaction anomalies

A quick pass over the last 7 days of spending, flagging only genuinely unusual charges — not normal subscriptions or pending pairs.

SUMMARY
A ranked read-out

Everything distilled into a concise list, most important first — what matters, not a log of what Finn did.

How it works

Reads everything. Touches almost nothing.

Finn Actions is deliberately conservative. Your notes are stable reference cards, and the scan is built to respect that.

01
You tap the binoculars

From the notebook, one tap kicks off a scan. It runs on demand — you’re always the one who starts it.

02
Finn reads across your week

Recent notes, the next stretch of calendar events, recent email metadata, and recent transactions all become context for a single pass.

03
It acts only on concrete triggers

The default is to leave notes alone. Finn updates one only when a specific trigger fires — a date demonstrably changed, an alert resolved, or a new email clearly belongs to a note it already tracks.

04
It hands back a short report

You get a ranked list of what’s urgent. Read it as a daily check-in and pick what to act on — or close it and get on with your day.

By design

Quiet by default.

A high bar to edit

Finn won’t enrich, restructure, or pad your notes. It edits only when a named, concrete change has happened.

Never touches what you wrote

Notes you authored are off-limits for content changes — the most Finn will do is attach a clear date.

Read-only, end to end

The scan never sends mail, moves money, or changes your calendar. It reads, summarizes, and reports.

A short horizon

Only genuinely near-term items get surfaced, so the read-out stays about now — not someday.

The more you connect, the more it catches.

Calendar, email, and accounts are all optional and read-only. See exactly how each one is handled.
