Terms of Service.

The agreement that governs your use of Finn. Plain-language summaries aside, this is the binding version.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Finn, a product of Raliworks LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Finn mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Financial Account Linking

Our Services allow you to link your financial accounts through Plaid. By linking your accounts, you:

  • Authorize us to access and retrieve your financial data
  • Acknowledge that you have the authority to grant such access
  • Understand that we are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third parties
  • Agree to Plaid's terms of service and privacy policy

Email and Calendar Linking

Our Services allow you to optionally connect your email (Gmail or Outlook) and calendar (Apple Calendar). By linking these accounts, you:

  • Authorize us to read your email and calendar data to provide context to the assistant
  • Acknowledge that all access is read-only — Finn will never send emails or modify calendar events on your behalf
  • Understand that you can disconnect any source at any time from the Settings page
  • Agree to the terms of service of any third-party provider you connect (e.g., Google)

Use of Services

Permitted Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Use any automated system to access the Services
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

AI Assistant

Our AI-powered features use technology to provide insights and assistance. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are automated and may contain errors
  • You should not rely solely on AI suggestions for important decisions
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions

Subscriptions and Billing

Finn includes a free tier (Essentials) and optional paid auto-renewing subscriptions (Pro and Max) that raise your usage allowance and unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through the Apple App Store at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase, in your local currency.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • All purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not process payments or store your payment card details, and any refund requests must be made through Apple.
  • We may change subscription prices or the features included in a plan. We will notify you of material changes, and any price increase will be applied in accordance with Apple's rules, including obtaining your consent where required.

Your use of Finn obtained through the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard Apple EULA).

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Raliworks LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RALIWORKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raliworks LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
